Do i get Ineffa or Skirk?

Recently (yesterday) i pulled for columbina to complete the new navia bis team (navia is my main, and ive been in love with bine since the fatui video for signoras death), but i was thinking about getting ineffa right now since shes such a good combination with bina, but im not sure if i really want her or im just doing it for the meta.

besides that, i saw somewhere that skirk might be returning soon and since her first banner i wanted her soooo much. i love freeze teams so much (right now i have the best ayaka team, with furina, escoffier and shenhe) and i tought about getting her. what should i do? this are the crachters that i already have

Yes

Pers would prioritize Skirk as you have everyone for her best team and say you love freeze teams

Can only speak for my self. Ineffa is my first 5 star shes amazing, always finds herself on a team always. I never liked playing Nuevillete without a shield i dunno she makes things super comfy plus great damage.

If you like Skirk go for her as you have escoffier but yeah Ineffa i can only speak the best things about her. Also Navia and Xilonen go quite crazy with Columbina and Ineffa.

Well it depends if you want to use your Columbina anywhere. Ineffa is not a meta pull at this point, it's a pull to make bina usable.

Skirk hasnt been rumored to rerun next patch yet AFAIK so you could very well pick both.
