another game I play is a sandbox game, and so tons of people post creative builds and such cuz it's a japanese IP it's primarily japanese players. I've been trying SO hard to get them to migrate anywhere off of Twitter but they won't. When Bsky frist came out a couple of them moved over, but I think because Bsky doesn't have the translate post option directly in the post like twitter does, it's harder for them and so they don't post as much - not everyone moved over.

It's frustrating, as they're literally the only reason I am still on twitter. I ignore everything else and only follow this one game XD

But also that’s just not true. Twitter just has no intrinsic way to filter out the people who see your posts and is likely to interact with you, whereas reddit has subreddits in which (generally but not always) like minded people would gather.

Also my Twitter timeline is literally all just artists posting their art, sometimes game stuff from accounts that I follow. I pretty much never see any “incel-Nazi” stuff because I dont interact with that kind of content

This sort of thing is much easier to sum up: insane shippers and people who can't consume media without self inserting.
