No matter how many times I relogin, I can't paint all the grey spots or even recolor it

look behind and around is there a paintable balloon? i think i had this exact encounter when i entered that part of natlan last yr too. iirc there was a balloon 4 or 5 oclock

I found the issue. The monetoo was glitched when i paint everything early before he get there
