Is Nigguang the stand-in? Then yes, this is an alright team for Zibai. But C2+ Illuga will probably be better than Chiori. Not to mention C6. But this is fine, even if slightly weaker.
The great thing about 6.3 is that now you can test things out on the target dummy yourself.

I know illuga would be better but I love my chiori so I don’t mind losing out on some support to have her on my team :p

You can drop Zhongli instead but then you'd have to put Columbina on Amber to have at least a modicum of defense. And it all depends on how many copies of Illuga you'll get. C6 is the truly broken one (if you had it it would be a crime to not use it). Where something around C2 can be fairly easly replaced.

Honestly, there is no need to have 3 Geo characters.
You can use Bennet, and it will not mess the reactions because Bennet can't infuse catalyst characters. You can use Yelan if you have her. My current Ningguang team uses Albedo and Fischl.
