Powerscaling question (6.3 AQ Spoilers!)
Sorry ik powerscaling can be cringe but im just curious on how strong columbina is after act 8. Does she have full authority of the 3 moons? And if so does that mean she has powers of life, death, time and space?? Or does she just have full authority of the frost moon since thats the only one that wasn't shattered? Also also how does she compare to the seven sovereign's (basically is she stronger than neuvi now? It feels weird to say that since i love the seven sovereigns lore), the shades, archons, and moonttore. Sorry if i missed anything or if this a dumb question i'm just curious 😭

Post-AQ she mentions that she's returned her kuuvahki to Nod-Krai, so she's at a reduced state compared to when she fought Dottore
The Light Realm energy produced by the trilune is vulnerable to disruption by elemental energy, so it's not an instant-win button on archons
She seems to be more powerful than any individual Sovereign, Shade or Archon at this point.
So her only power source is the frost moon, but her Authority outranks anyone except Nibelung or Phanes. It's still unclear exactly what that means for powerscaling or what feats she's capable of now
Here’s what Columbina has to say about her Trilunar Authority these are unlocked after completing AQ: True Moon(spoilers obv)
“The three goddesses bestowed their powers upon me, which converged into a force that is both dazzling and gentle. Through it, I can feel their attachment to this place, and I can sense the hopes and wishes they offered to this world in their final moments. I will inherit their moonlight and use it to illuminate the world beneath the moon - the place we all call "home".”
Feelings About Ascension: Conclusion Ascension Phase 6:
“I now hold the threads of fate in my hands. From now on, the new moon shall watch over and illuminate the world below.”
There were also statements during the quests iirc that implied that even if we failed to beat Dottore, the other nations have countermeasures and likely wouldn't be in immediate danger. That implies that the archons are either comparable to the tree moon authority Dottore or they have some other way to deal with him. On the other hand Varka and Nicole discuss how it might be the end for Teyvat if they fail or something so it's a bit of mixed messaging lol.
As for the other nations being not being in immediate danger it’s more so about how Dottore approaches things. He always conducts things in a calculated manner he could have killed Nod Krai crew several times but preferred to study his own power, run experiments and give second chances. And unlike Nod Krai at the time which had no gods or power capable of rivaling or stalling him (Columbina was still missing) every other nation have archons, highly powerful elemental beings dedicated to protecting them(youkai, adepti, etc) and entire nation of support at their disposal(many vision bearers as well). Fontaine has a full fledged Hydro Sovereign. So it makes sense that the other nations wouldn’t be immediately obliterated but the implication was still that they would eventually fall to Dottore’s reality bending power hence why Nicole agreed with Varka that it could be the end of Teyvat.
I don't really think anyone else but the archon/dragon level characters would matter against Dottore considering how everyone, including the harbingers, were seemingly completely irrelevant against him. Which at least to me strongly implies that they're at least strong enough to not lose to him and maybe could even win (perhaps by teaming up?).
The way it was said that the other nations would be okay sounded rather optimistic or reassuring which is a bit odd if you're trying to motivate someone to save the world imo lol. And the Varka and Nicole scene was very speculative rather than a proper claim so it's a bit difficult to say.
And the archons themselves have reality bending powers like Zhongli can create pocket dimensions like the domains and Ei's plane of whatever it was. Nahida can directly interact with the magic tree that can just delete shit from existance etc. So it's a bit hard to estimate how effective they could be since our understanding of their capabilities is so surface level. I really hope HYV will show us Zhongli nuking a giant abyss monster with his stone spears or Ei cleaving an island sized creature in half etc in the future lol.
Columbina raw power wise was definitely just as strong as Dottore or at least slighty weaker. Her morals and maybe even lack of experience that held her back from using the exact same powers as Dottore was. Plus he had what like several days of figuring out? While Columbina had to use her new powers to immediately. Like Dottore initially had trouble with using the power of time accurately on Traveler. And Scara confirmed he likely is spending time understanding his powers first.
As for proof on why I think Columbina’s lack of experience and specific morals held her back a bit:
Friendship lv 6: Tri Lunar Convergence:
“After acquiring tri-lunar authority, Columbina naturally had some questions:
Could this power really do everything? What should she use it for?
She felt that the things she wanted to do were almost all within the reach of the three moons' power: Moving freely between the moon and Teyvat, effortlessly transporting herself and other objects, making flowers bloom more brilliantly, causing fruits to grow fuller...
She even tried to wake Sandrone up. But that was one of the few things this trilunar power could not accomplish for her.
As for everything else, she either didn't want to do it, or she felt that she shouldn't.
What she loved was the way this world and her home looked now. Changing it at will just because she could, molding its appearance and rules to suit her own whims... She felt that would be wrong. No matter how good her intentions, doing so would make her no different from The Doctor, she felt.”
No other characters are described as having power to shape the entire world or alter it on a whim except Dottore, Columbina, Nibelung, HP and the Sinners, Shades(probably can buy obviously are very limited in what they are allowed to do). Which is why Nicole and Varka’s assumption of Teyvat being doomed is probably correct. Nicole is literally one of the most long lived and knowledgeable characters on Teyvat I believe her word more than Scaramouche whose assessments are often wrong or not 100% accurate. Nicole is well aware how powerful Dottore had become. And Scaramouche didn’t say the other nations would be okay he said they wouldn’t be in “immediate danger” the implication being they’d have a chance to prepare.
