Does the new witch artifact set fit for Sucrose?

i wonder if he can use this new set or stick to the venerer set

No. The new set is good for ATK-scaling hex character's direct damage. Sucrose's own direct damage is low, and she is a support that is mainly used to provide to other characters. VV or instructor are much better for the whole team.

Not at all. It's an attack boosting artifact with a bit of crit. Sucrose does not need atk and she only marginally cares about crit (moreso if she's using a fav weapon). The EM one would work as a 2pc, but it means either someone else carries VV or not having VV (which would be bad).
