Better if you want larger heals. Some people prioritize the energy regen because always having her burst up is essential. But in that case you’d have to build some crit rate on her so it’s arguable which is “better”, it’s more a preference thing.

Defence on Xilonen isn’t the same as EM on Kazuha, it just buffs her heals, instead, giving her Favge and letting her battery is nicer for a lot of teams

Yeah but you can get great heals even with fav sword too as her defense can go above 3k with triple defense with a reasonable crit ratio of 1:2 too

Only for heals on her burst. Her E buffs scale off talent level.

You often don't use her burst due to animation so DEF is not really important. So fav it is.

I absolutely can't justify pulling on the weapon banner for a 4* weapon, but if I could even make ONE of them of each type with all the resources I've accumulated over years it'd be huge.

Fwiw there is great fishing weapon for Furina - fleuve cendre ferryman, it certainly helped me since I'm yet to see fav sword at AR 57 and like thousand pulls total.

agreed for newer characters, they are either not burst reliant (every main dps since wanderer), don't need to burst every rotation (columbina ineffa etc), have special interactions with sacrificial weapons (citlali) or give themselves so much energy refund from their own kit that there's no need to stack er (flins, aino, durin)

unfortunately we are forced to play ancient characters every month in theater and that's where er becomes necessary, that's why I give my yunjin and thoma 260% er

Most supports nowadays use fav: furina xilonen escoffier chevreuse iansan and even columbina. As for the old ones we have xiangling xingqiu yelan nahida (nefer team) baizhu (stygian)

Do it, they're crazy good. They're BiS for like half the characters in the game (i.e. most supports).

A lot of characters who don't do a lot of dmg can still contribute with: elemental application, using fav weapon with crit% gear, a 4-piece set bonus, along with one other bonus they contribute (nod krai gleam, nightsoul, hexenzirkel, etc) and still pull their weight despite not really doing anything.

I only started playing in Fontaine so a bit behind here: R5 R5 R2 sword, R5 R5 R4 codex, R5 R4 greatsword, R5 R5 R3 warbow, R5 R5 lance. However, I keep most of my copies unleveled. 25% for one character is not as useful as flat particles for whoever needs them.

Why would you not level them? The ER upgrade for the wearer is huge, if nothing else. I guess starting in Fontaine your roster might still be lacking, but if the holder of the fav weapon isn't using their burst then there's probably a better replacement out there.

Weapon levelling in Genshin is too expensive. I have 81 characters as of today. To get enough ores for everyone I either have to spend resin or spend lots of time running around the map daily. Ain't got either playing three gachas at the same time.

I have one leveled copy for abyss and onslaught, and only use other copies in imaginarium theater. I mainly use favge for particles if my damage dealer is lacking in ER, not as an ER stick for the wearer of favge themselves. It works great, I got 12 stellas this month.
