For CR she gets a ton of extra from in-combat effects. Just the set gives 30. Add 15% from Bina passive and 10% from Lauma passive, and you are already past 100%.
It's actually hard to NOT overcap on CR on Bina, and op does.
As for EM, you are getting most of your damage fron Lauma quills anyway, that's where ey want EM (although i'm not entirely sure how exactly that works. It should be additive somewhere in the reaction multiplier part, but not sure where exactly. EDIT: i think it actually ends up multiplicative to reaction damage bonus, so actually multiplies with EM and therefore actually wants more EM). Plus there are a lot of effects in the team that directly give you lunar reaction multipliers. Which are additive to EM and have diminishing returns. Building EM directly is inefficient here.
EDIT: Lauma base damage passive is multiplicative to reaction damage bonus, while Q quills are additive (to the product of those two).

Not really on the CR. Columbina can get 15 CR from herself, 30 from the artifact set, and 10 from Lauma. If they use Lauma, they overcap by 5, else their CR is at 95.

The fact that we both had the exact same idea! DPS Columbina is the best.
Also, if you're running her with Lauma then your crit rate is capped at 45% anything above that will be wasted.

Well, main on field dps Columbina's strength largely depends on Lauma's constellations.

I did make Columbina the main DPS in her team.
Works pretty great.
Ineffa, free space, Columbina, Lauma.
But that stupid horse sometimes becomes immune to all the damage Columbina could do. Other times it explodes in seconds.
