If you really want/need Ineffa you can pull 40-50 times, see if you get lucky and get an early 5 star.

If you dont by then you can decide if you wanna chance it in 80 pulls total or lose the 50/50 but have a guarantee for the next character that you 100% want

Disagree, the 4 stars this patch are really bad. Only pull if you want Ineffa, otherwise next patch is a better idea with Aino and Illuga as 4 stars

That said, Ineffa is a better pick than Zhibai especially if you have Flins/Columbina. Columbina and Ineffa together is game breaking and the meta team (Flins, Columbina, Ineffa, 4th slot) out dpses mauvika

yes, ineffa is one of the best sustain units with tons of personal damage (especially paired with Bina)

Honestly, her damage is better than some of the older DPS and it's completely off-field

and then pull a signature, since you have both characters, either of them will buff lunar damage by a lot

I would pull like a madman for Ineffa. I badly want Ineffa. Sadly I lost the 50/50. Now it is impossible since I have 100% on every single map.
