You get 10 from a flower mercant, and 10 from a chest. Plus the archon quest ones its enough to 90 bina in a single flower reset provided you got all the flowers

Idk where the dude at, but i do know the columbina flowers are basically hidden stock.

You first have to buy all the flowers he sells normally, then he moves to another location and only there will he sell columbina flowers. So pretty easy to miss.

He starts off in the south port, moves to the cliff on the right side with the platform tracks (he's on the middle platform) and then to the fatui area in the north (you need to buy everything each time for him to move further)

theres a chest with 10 of them and an npc u buy natlan flowers from then the second time u can buy bina's flowers 10 of them, then if u find him again and buy the mats u get an achievement, and my own world reset

There’s 69 of them in the wild, then 9 from a chest, 10 from the vendor, 3 from the character trial, and 30 from the archon quest. So technically, it takes around 2 days+ (since the ones in the wild respawn in 48 hours) to get enough Winter Icelea to ascend her to 90, assuming you don’t visit other players’ worlds.

I raced around picking them as soon as I got Bina (first thing I did) and then today, exactly 2 days later to the minute, I went and got them again as they respawned. That plus the 30 given from the aq. There are also apparently some chests with them but I haven't found any yet

All dungeons are now like that since having Bina on your profile is a guaranteed reason to not be let in at most of the words in co-op.

I tried like 35 yesterday, and all declined. Then I bought these 10 flowers from Kuzmich and got some from the quest. At least I'm set for now.

At first, I was getting them from my friends world, but she decided to use her award primos on Columbina and got her at 21 pulls.

That’s a different type of low lol. I was kinda scrambling to get as many flowers as possible but it didn’t even cross my mind to do that. I wasn’t planning on getting her but since I have a gambling addiction I got her and wanted to level her up asap.

My strategy was to just look at people’s bios and character display page. If they had columbina I wouldn’t req to join. There were actually a handful of people that had “saving for x” and “lost the 50/50” on their bio so I just joined them and they actually had the flowers. Nearing the end I lowkey got desperate and gave someone welkin cuz they let me take the last 4 flowers I needed

Yeah I had a jerk coop *teammate* when doing weekly bosses try to steal the flowers.
Too bad for them I let my friend take them hours before.

Another time, a navia player instantly teleported and tried to steal her mats without asking.

Just called them out and kicked them out.
If you needed mats at least be decent about it and be polite first, then I would happily let them do that.
I have no tolerance for rude people.

Sounds like nonsense, who in their right mind is going to blindly hunt for the flowers? Everyone enables tracking first to show where they actually are, and if there aren't any left, the game will say so.

Regardless, it's an extremely blown out of proportion issue, to the point where it's not even an issue at all. Had no trouble whatsoever finding people with flowers, only one had them collected.

I actually changed my name to signal that I wanted to grab columbina’s flowers so people know what I’m coming to their world for. But I still asked if I could grab them and then thank them after.

The second world I went to actually had another extra person joining to ask for flowers midway and I told them I was done and left the remaining flowers for them to pick. If I didn’t manage to get any coop I would have just waited but I’m grateful for the two that let me in.

I'm an endgame player who usually keeps their world open and hops around helping anyone that asks me for anything. From doing this often, I've found that during the first week or so of a character releasing with new mats, I must turn on auto reject invites and refrain from letting strangers in my world. Only people in my friendslist are allowed to ask me for help during this time, or anyone who sends me a friend request. I've met way too many rude people during that first week to reach this decision tbh. I'm usually much more welcoming, but people push my buttons way too much with their inexplicable rudeness. So i save myself the trouble.

I advise doing the same as me tbh. That means: close your world, dont co-op domains or bosses. If you need any help with domains or bosses, just ask a friend or two. I dont personally know any of my friendslist but i help them whenever they ask and we are friendly towards each other, so don't feel too shy to ask them. Worst they can say is that they're busy!

But whenever a new character comes and they need materials that arrived with the same patch, i usually farm them all regardless if i'm going to summon for the character or not.
Some stealers just leaves without saying anything but others can get very annoyed, which is funny.
