Irmunsul still needs to burn and the Pyro Gnosis still needs to be got, he is the only one that is schemy and slimy enough to do so.
Most likely he will try and crawl back to the Tsaritsas side using the Pyro Gnosis as a excuse to do so.

Hmm, Its more likely about how everyone said the Phanes were ' sleeping ' and not reacting to Dottore's action . Well, they did respond , but to a permitted set to the rules . Meaning , Dottore or someone successfully strike a deal with one of the Phanes member .
