Ineffa: Is the sig needed? Best artifact set? Value vs Zibai?

As a new Ineffa haver, I have some questions:

1. How necessary is her signature? I have Flins and Columbina with their sig weapons (got lucky, I only buy Welkin and BP), Lauma without, no Nefer and 65-ish pulls saved after clearing everything in the new patch.
2. What is her BiS artifact set as of now? Gilded Dreams, Silken’s Moon Serenade or Aubade?
3. Should I just save and attempt to get Zibai? On the one hand, she is right next banner so there's not much time to save. On the other hand, Lantern Rite should help. On the third hand, that way I would get some Illuga.

1. Extremely good, and has a massive lead over her accessible options. Exact DPS % increase can't really be made since it also buffs team damage but I would say it is one of the best signatures for its character. Can also be used on someone else since it is an awesome stat stick (can even be used on someone in Ineffa's team to put SoSS on Ineffa and potentially have better damage distribution)

2. Aubade, assuming you have someone else on Silken (you should be able to)

3. You're not really comparing apples to apples.

Sig is not necessary.

Obviously it's a power boost (all sigs are), but that doesn't mean the character needs it.

(obligatory reminder that weapon banner is a big risk to gamble).

I also want to know about 1. I am in the same situation, and I'm under the impression that support weapons are not the best investments.

For Zibai, my opinion is that you only need to invest in one Lunar team because there is only one Columbina. So, it is hard to give Zibai a top tier Lunar team unless you go for C2. So between Zibai C0 and Ineffa's weapon. I would go for the weapon or just save the pulls for later.
