Tholindis's VA seems to have changed to a completely different voice actor for a single line. I wonder why?

Line is from when Columbina meets Tholindis, English dub. Every other line from Tholindis sounds like a mature woman, this particular one is a high pitched anime voice by a clearly different voice actor. Caught me completely off guard. Hasty last minute rewrite and re-recording from the devs, a corrupted voiceline needing replacing in a hurry, or...?

I noticed it as well, but it could also be the voice actor breaking character slightly. Some people have very different ranges.

She went higher pitch once she started crying. The VA just forgot to go back down again. It's the same VA.

I really don't think it is a different VA. It could have been a change in the script or some other reason that they needed her rerecord the line. And nobody noticed that her pitch was different from the older lines.
