Did anyone else notice that you can apparently now restore the Columbina’s statue of the seven that have been tampered with by the Fatui? (Non-spoiler)

I haven’t started the story yet so I don’t know how relevant that’ll be in this, but when I went to submit lunoculus in Nasha town, all the parts on the statue that the fatui had put on them fell off and the statue restored itself (I don’t know if this was a thing before now, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t).

It’s the nod Krai version of the statue restoration, once you do it then they all look like that

CamooseCow2026-01-16 14:00

I know, but I don’t remember it doing that in previous versions.

We couldn’t get enough lunoculus

CamooseCow2026-01-16 16:53

I think that it’s just a lot more noticeable with these compared to the others.

Mine didn't all look like that once I restored Nasha Town's. My Fatui and Piramida statues still have metal on them.

Due_StrawMany2026-01-16 13:56

Why did they even seal it 😭 in the first place? Kuvaahki antenna???

Neospanner2026-01-16 14:45

Probably part of Dottore's or Sandrone's experimentation in studying Kuuvahki.

Ask Dottore

Likely to absorb power from it

Cognitive_Miser-1432026-01-16 17:51

iirc, these statues are made with stones that are extremely rich in kuuvaki,

Yes, and I loved it! I was always insulted by the ugly mecha parts.

Ah dang, I purposely offered lunoculus to the statue next to the frostmoon scions every time because that one was left pristine. Hopefully, someone will have posted a video of the restoration animation on YouTube.

CamooseCow2026-01-16 20:38

Try going to the one in nasha town, maybe it’ll still do the animation.

Unfortunately, I've already offered all the lunoculus in this update and maxed out the level of the statue for now. I did manage to find a video of the statue in the experimental design bereu, but only going up one level, so it still had 1 piece of metal attached.
