I saw a scene on Instagram where the doctor kills Sandrone. However, she doesn't decompose like Folcaros did, so my question was: since she's a doll, will she be repaired and will she live again? (I know there's no official news, but in your opinion, experienced players, is it possible for her to survive?)

But decomposing is a god thing, Chuychu, the Natlanese and the Fatui also didn't dissolve upon death. So that's got nothing to do with it.
To (sorta) answer your question - obviously we don't know yet, but she IS a robot, and in fiction dead robots are usually easier to revive than dead humans are. Usually when a work of fiction wants to make sure you know that a robot is dead for real, they do something like completely disintegrate it, or melt it, or destroy its CPU core or whatever. (Not even that's completely safe, though - Ineffa destroyed her core after all, in order to stop the Eleventh Dragonlord from taking over her body, but it got fixed by Moon Wheel magic or whatever.) Sandrone's body is mostly intact and there's no indication that her core was destroyed.
However, everyone's mourning her like she's dead, so the characters in-game, at least, think it's for real.
tl;dr: It's fiction - ANYONE can survive ANYTHING if the writers asspull hard enough. And robots have it extra easy. I personally think that we'll see her again.
