I pulled for Ineffa which is what I wanted. Now I'm back on a 50/50 risk. Not worth it in my opinion.

Well you either get her, or you get closer to the next 5 star. If you want her anyways, then that's a win win no matter what

It's ok on catalyst users who either do lunar damage or scale off hp, so Nefer, Neuvillette and Mualani. Of course it's a usable statstick for any catalyst user who wants to crit.

only good for c2 columbina. a c0 ineffa would be fine with favonius. this banner isnt worth it. your fault
