Columbina: carry or Nod-Krai support?

I stopped playing Genshin during Natlan because I needed a break. I returned in 6.2 and pulled Durin merely because I liked him. After doing some end game though I realized there are certain enemies that are an absolute pain without Lunar reactions, despite how well built most my characters were.

I thought I could pull Columbina since she enables all the lunar reactions and it seemed like a short cut for the time being, but then I heard people say she’s only an upgrade for nod krai characters and doesn’t work well with older units.

And now I’m confused, do I pull Columbina or not? I plan on pulling Lauma c1 on her rerun and maybe a nod krai dps, but I’m not sure. I mostly pull for Meta though because I enjoy combat most

if you pull lauma, yes that pairing is insane

but by herself she's not really doing anything

If you plan on pulling Lauma on her rerun then it is worthwhile to pull Columbina now. Columbina and Lauma should make for Bis Bloom and Hyperbloom teams.

Columbina becomes worthwhile paired with either Ineffa or Lauma (Ineffa fulfilling her best wheelchair role) and you get even more out of her in one of the Nod Krai Dps premium teams for Nefer, Flins, Zibai. These are the top meta teams with only Mavuikas most damaging combo premium team rivaling them.

Without any Nodkrai characters, Columbina is pretty lackluster. But if you are planning to pull some others then Columbina might be a good investment.

With Lauma C1, Columbina can be a good dps

If you prefer her to be a support and off-field DPS, you'd want to either add Nefer on top (where Nefer basically does what on-field Columbina does but better) or Ineffa/Flins (same concept as Lauma/Nefer respectively but for Lunar Charged so no On-Field columbina since this is a Lunar Bloom feature only) or Zibai (Lunar Crystalize, similar to Lunar Charged but doesn't have an Ineffa).

I found her to be an extremely good support and especially sub-dps in general. Cleared the 2 floor of the 12 abyss with a shogun-bina-bennet-sucrose as i didnt have a second lunar team
