It's said that the amount of in-game written text (including dialogue) has reached 20 million Chinese characters (which will be a lot more if counted in English since Chinese has higher information density). A lot of it is probably fluff of course, but it's still a ton of world-building that feels wasteful to just abandon, so chances are even if it's a sequel or different engine, they'll want to leverage the investment in the world-building.

I haven't touched Miliastra, personally just feels like an unnecessary addition. Happy for people who like it but its not what I was looking for in genshin to have more content.

I feel that. I like it every once in awhile... my kid is obsessed with it though. And cuz I buy the battle pass every month for Genshin he works on the battle pass in Miliastra to get everything out of it XD

Honestly the biggest problem with Miliastra is just how limited it is. I think they should’ve made it a standalone game as a spinoff, just like how Honkai Nexus Anima is.

The biggest complaint about the teapot for others was the same I saw a lot of complaints about the restrictive nature of creations in the teapot. Still remains one of my friends biggest complaints because she loves to craft her own place.
