What does the end signify?

So I completed the story quest almost as soon as the update dropped and despite my many head cannons with the revelations that came, I’m curious about something…when it shows the title at the end it had like a glitchy effect added, is there any way of confirming wether or not that was aesthetic purposes or because it’s insisting something else😭 so far this is the longest archon quest and it may not end here so I’m really scratching my head and I’d like to know anyone’s thoughts, I don’t reckon a genshin dev will answer that question anyway.

Side note: also I don’t believe sandrone is full dead for a second, it reeks of the scaramouche treatment and in the upcoming characters it only showed the shadow of the last one and unless by some f’ed up agenda they make dottore playable, the only individual that come to mind is sandrone, it would make sense to garner suspense

What if it’s one of the moon sisters, only visible in the reflection?

Only problem with that is columbina essentially absorbed them so while they aren’t technically dead, they’re playable through her

I've heard this was fake.

It's fake, that was just a stranger things brainrot meme.

It's 100% on purpose and it uses the same effects Dottore had.

If it signifies anything, it signifies he's still alive

You know what else I was thinking, that glitch effect is used whenever there’s a major disturbance that may involve or draw the attention of the shades of the heavenly principals so I was also thinking along those lines

Irminsoul needs to burn, remember?

Somehow ... Dottore has returned

Dottore probably is doing something. Or shattering the False Sky to bring in the Frost Moon has caused glitches in the system

SkysharkoftheClouds2026-01-17 05:33

I agree with people saying Dottore is still around. I mean, unless I’m remembering incorrectly, he still has a bunch of clones wandering Teyvat. Killing false god Dottore still leaves the other versions as a threat.

The fact that it uses the same effects Dottore was using means it's probably one of two things: either Dottore isn't as dead as he seems, or his actions in this patch have caused a significant disturbance that's drawing the attention of higher powers.

definitely not for aesthetic purposes. It's the same glitch as the firmament. Nothing is an accident or coincidence.

Something big will happen later.
