Unable to start "Wind-Stirred Ripples"?

Has anyone else been unable to start the quest "[Wind-Stirred Ripples](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Wind-Stirred_Ripples)"? I went straight for the Artifact Domain, so went around everything to avoid any quests, but still ended up getting the "Tower of Inversion" quest".

Read that some people were able to start the quest from part 4 if they went to Piramida, but nothing happend. Which I thought was due to an NPC conflict with Illuga, since I started the "The Moonlith Watcher", but finishing that didn't allow me to start the "Wind-Stirred Ripples" quest.

I experienced the exact same situation. Finish the Tower of Inversion quest first. I don't know why that quest activates when we go to the area but it does. You'll finish both that and Wind-Stirred Ripples at the same time iirc.

Argh okay, good to know. Was afraid I would miss out on the primos. Little sad I don't get to play Wind-Stirred Ripples myself, but will just look online for playthrough.

Oh you'll just miss some dialogue scene near the bridge and the prompt to go up to Piramida. The next scene inside Piramida will also be shown once u complete the Tower quest. It's kinda neat that there's 2 versions of the quest with the same events just happening in a diff order lol

I have an issue just like that, but in my case I don't even have Wind Stirred-Ripple in my quest list. The event triggered when I crossed the bridge the first time but I ignored it because I didn't wanna spoil myself, I was just going to gather materials for Columbina. Is it normal ? Do I have to finish Tower of Inversion for the quest to come back ? I'm afraid I'll not be able to do it at all :/

You have to do Tower of Inversion, once that is done, you will automatically get to the fourth part of the Wind Stirred-Ripple quest. It will skip bridge section, so if you want to know what is said there, then you have to look up the quest log online.

Thank you ! I'm disappointed in myself, I hate doing things not in order, and genshin is a mess for that, you can so easily miss parts of quests if you don't take extra care

Same! always have to go back in the quest log to see if the dialogue choice had any impact.
