I only have lauma at first but decided to pull and was able to get both columbina and ineffa. Was that a right decision? Should i go get nefer or flins? Or deviate to other characters?
All three are good units in their own regard, if you want then go for Nefer/Flins but you can make lots of good teams without them.

Flins and Nefer are both roughly equally good, just depends on your artifacts. If you want you could also use Columbina as a main DPS, she's a bit worse than both of them but then again, you don't have to pull another character.

It's optimal damage wise, but those three crank out enough damage from my understanding that slotting in a sustainer is still viable.

Yup I run the same team and it works really well already. I'm glad Bina can be on-fielded and still be meta because I didn't want to pull for Flins nor Nefer.

Now that you got both Columbina and the premium supports for Lunar-Charged and Lunar-Bloom, it's up to you to choose your DPS next, unless you have the resources to get both, in that case, all the power to you since you'll have both mechanics fully covered.
So i'd say you haven't messed up, but now would be a mistake to ignore Flins/Nefer.

Those teams were already pretty good before Columbina, so i'm guessing whichever team doesn't use Columbina can replace her with Aino.
I'm more experienced with Nefer, but i'd recommend going for Flins/Columbina/Ineffa/Sucrose.
Then you can still use your Lauma without Nefer or Columbina in some Lunar-Bloom/Hyperbloom team, since Nascent-Gleam (A single NK char in the team) allow bloom cores to crit. So your best partners for her are like :
• Nahida/Kuki/Hydro applicator of your choice that isn't Aino. (Hyperbloom)
• Nahida/Nilou/Another Hydro applicator of your choice. (Lunar-Bloom Cores)

You can pull nefer but we don't know when her rerun yet, or you can pull flins (who should have rerun sooner, if nothing will delay). You also can pull for horse adeptus next half and make lunar crystalaze or you can pull for Nevi and make lunar bloom with him and lauma. I would advise to look into teams you can make with your hero pull and look up how strong they are (or if you like characters).

Bina on field and the other two off field is a pretty solid team honestly, not a wrong pull at all. Having both supports means you're free to play Columbina both on-field (bloom team) or off field (lunar charge wheelchair) depending on situations, or the 3 together.
As for other characters: depends what you want.
Nefer is good but she's almost redundant with Columbina On-Field. Flins is good but he does as much damage as Ineffa in his best team so it's not a game changer. Zibai is good but she lacks buffer options if you don't manage to also get Illuga C6. All 3 have pros and cons, all 3 reach amazing numbers with Columbina and their support (which you all have), so it's up to playstyle preference and if you even care at all. You certainly don't *need* any of them unless you badly want to beat high-level Stygian Onslaught.
