So neuvi is my favorite character and I wanna get him in phase 2. I have enough for either c1 or r1, which one should I get? I'm running him with Furina, Durin and Sucrose.
Neuvillete mains has plenty of posts about it. But imo C1 is the better choice
C1 basically solves all of C0 Neuvi's issues. Interruption resistance, so no shielder needed. 1 free Draconic stack, allowing him to run Furi with no stack loss(IIRC 2 stacks are 125% dmg and 3 stacks are 160% dmg), so no trade off for running dual Hydro and all the benefits.
Neuvi also has plenty of good F2P weapons. 2 chief being Prototype Amber and the Widsith. Lost Prayers also runs really well if you're having crit rate roll issues(this is what I used till I lost to Mualani's weapon in 5.8, which is arguably his 2nd BiS).
If you are someone who pays for the battle pass, then Sac Jade is Neuvis 2nd/3rd BiS and easily makes C1 more worth it than R1.
