A thought about Dottore after finishing 6.3’s AQ

I get the sneaking suspicion we haven’t seen the last of the mad doctor. In the past, Dottore had created multiple “segments” (clones) of himself. He was forced to destroy all of them at the end of the Sumeru AQ as part of his deal with Nahida to get the electro and dendro gnoses but that was quite a while ago. It wouldn’t be too much of a stretch for him to have begun recreating segments since then in secret (the other Harbingers don’t seem to be aware of any segments).

I suspect we will be going to Sumeru in the future.

1. There were a lot of references to Nahida in multiple Nod Krai AQ and 1 reference to King Deshret.

2. The ending of "A Winter NIght's Lazzo" has presumably Columbina talking to Dottore. The big event at the end of the trailer hasn'y occured yet.

It's funny how absolutely nobody considers other segments a possibility. They just all breathe a collective sigh of relief. The only one who kinda doesn't is Scaramouche when he says he still feels the chip on his shoulder, but even he brushes it off.

Well the one in the sumeru is also a segment we never even see or meet the original Dottore yet. Yeah also in sumeru quest fatui soldiers are also got a weird vibes on him because he keeps on changing voice and characteristics.

We probably won’t ever meet the “original” then since the one in Sumeru killed off all of the others as part of the deal. I guess he could’ve been lying to Nahida when said he got rid of the others but I really hope Hoyo doesn’t go that route since that would feel like a cop out.

?????? hello yeah right that that's it. of course he'll create more clones, he literally replaced humans and animals brains for his own experiments, i doubt he gives a single shit about what a dendro archon thinks!

Also, sidenote, but I assume that the deal was the electro gnosis for him removing all the clones. That was the transaction, and it was done. The transaction wasn't "you can never make any more clones ever" anyway
