My launcher and game are at it's latest version. I've tried redownloading the game, tried redownloading the launcher, both don't work. Is there any way to play the game?

Your game seems to be version 5.5, while live version is 6.3
You are possibly using the old launcher which is now discontinued?
Go on [official website](https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/en/) and download Hoyoplay one instead.

That's odd then. Which version of hoyoplay do you have now, so we can maybe cross check? (You can find out by clicking on settings on top bar -> about) Could be worth trying to repair game files instead of redownloading as well, in case you already tried clean install.
Beside these the only thing I can think of is that your launcher thinks you have different version than you actually have, but I am not sure which file does it use to verify game version.

Ive had this happen to me once on a laptop after not updating for a long time, you'll have to reinstall hoyoplay

Well, I might've also reinstalled genshin itself too, but I definitely reinstalled is what I remember doing
