so the question is should I pull or not. should I pull ineffa too or wait for Future potential strong characters???
open for any suggestions and team building

Ineffa provides a shield which is convenient.
Columbina + Ineffa is a solid core that improves a lot of older teams too.
Personally I would not stress getting both if I didn’t have enough pulls though or if you want any potential future characters more.
From the official teasers we know Varka and Nicole are coming sometime soon, and they don’t seem to be part of the lunar charge meta since they are associated with the hexenzirkel.
