So, normaly I play in ps5. I am going overseas so I asked my friend to play in my account. And this happened. I downloaded it on my phone, same thing happened. what happened? Is my progress just... gone? help please

Check the server you are logging in from, save data doesn’t carry over so if you usually play on the NA server and decide to try the Asia server you won’t have your save data. It doesn’t delete your progress though as long as you switch back to your original server
If that doesn’t work, have you changed your email associated with the account recently?

I use the same mail for everything so is not that, the server was fine too I think so I am clueless. I am thinking to just wait until I come back home and open the game through my ps5 and see what happens :"(

It might just be a lack of cross save between PS5 and the device you’re using. If thats the case then the good news is that everything should be fine once you log on to your PS5

It should still be fine on PS , I think even though they use the same exact email it’s different than just a regular Email account like Google does
