I had this happen to me, teleport to liyue or mondstadt, and then teleport back. Tgere are abyss lines you need to cut that didn't load properly. Reloading them by teleporting far away and then back should fix it!

This is the correct answer, OP. I'm not sure if teleporting just anywhere will fix the problem - I was warping around Nod Krai quite a bit while exploring but every time I returned to check on this, it was still bugged. I wound up needing to warp to Enkonomiya and back, but once I did the bug was fixed.

Log off and log on back, this is how I resolved exactly same problem.

Ive figured out a solution!! Which was forcing my game to reload a few times till it finally triggered

It is bugged. You need to teleport far away and go there again.
