Tbf I c2'd columbina and lost 50/50 all 3 times except the 3rd triggered the radiance which saved me from getting another standard character lol

Yeah, Sandrone only assumed the curse would activate if they left Nod Krai, which was just that, an assumption. It's entirely possible the curse was something else and might relate to Dottore's eventual return or something.

I do remember one of the genshin devs ( I think it was aquaria) said in the past that they want everything in the game to actually have a lore explanation
so i wouldn't put it past them to make the whole saving thing an actual canon thing

why not upload 10 different file into other people computer to save his game progress, those people have plenty of space for him to use, they should really donate to the scientific advancement :V

I believe the loading screen with the flower is for Columbina, and the Saving one is for Dottore, and then there is a time when Columbina meets Sonnet, and it uses "Saving" instead.

The only thing bothering me atm is that the red universe and the moon fragments we saw through the hole Mavuika made weren't present at all during the AQ. This leads me to believe that we are still stuck inside one of Dottore's false realities. The same glitch effect could be seen when Dottore was talking to the traveler in the false realities.

Tbf looking back at the Natlan AQ pics, the universe wasn’t really red, it was rather the seams of the fake sky. And the reason we didn’t see the moon fragments, especially now that it’s confirmed that Teyvat is a spherical planet, is maybe just because we didn’t open the fake sky in the same spot.

I just checked Skirk's "Star Odyssey" animated short, and the Red Universe is indeed a thing, complete with a red sun. So Dottore is either messing with us, or the false sky has two layers. Whatever the case may be, Irminsul still needs to be burned, so Dottore ain't gone yet.

I have a theory, the Actual ending screen for Act 8 was on the moon when we were sitting with columbina, that second ending screen back in Teyvat was forged by Dottore, that he knows about all this being entertainment for the players
