You can actually not crit with 100% crit rate.
Some Milliastra DPS gamemodes don't round up your stats by the decimals, so you can see your "real" stats.
My 60% (100%) crit rate Kinich is actually 59.97% (99.97%)... This explains the 2 times I didn't crit on him and was wondering if it was a glitch.
And my 64% (100%) Wriothesley is actually 63.99% (99.99%)...
Why is the rounding up just visual? Why wouldn't you be able to crit if the game says you have a 100% chance to...?
I know a 1 in a 10,000 chance of not criting is a non-issue, but it's still

You can't actually express most decimal numbers exactly as floating points either. For instance the value 5.4 in binary has an infinite repeating series in it.
\*Excel PTSD flashbacks intensify\*
The real crit rate rolls are 2.72 / 3.11 / 3.50 / 3.89, but the game rounds them to 2.7 / 3.1 / 3.5 / 3.9
