Does ineffa and Columbina make C2 Raiden viable?

Im back after over a year hiatus. I missed all of nod krai. I see Flins is top of meta for electro. I pulled columbina and have a guarantee for ineffa. should I take it? I have a C2R1 Raiden from way back that I still enjoy playing.

also Im confused by lunar reactions. is Sucrose EM more important than Kazuha DMG buff? I’ve seen Nahida in there too on Lauma teams. I don’t know Lauma so it’s all still new to me.

Columbina + Ineffa is the new "wheelchair" duo. Basically, they'll be able to carry a team with damage almost by themselves. If your Raiden is at least decent (and at c2 I assume you farmed her good gear as well? xD ), then she'll have no trouble in abyss and up to stygian onslaught menacing (fearless+ would likely require decently high investment). The other option worth considering is Lauma, though I'm not sure she'll be superior for Raiden over Ineffa.

Ineffa and Columbina make every character viable. If you really want to play Raiden that will work.

Sucrose is better if you play EM Raiden.

Isn't EM Raiden strictly for hyperbloom? Why build full EM in a Lunar Charge team?

You can take almost any 4 star carry, add Ineffa-Bina to the team and it will be viable.

They won´t make your Raiden dish out more damage, they will make damage on their own in the background and clear content with Raiden on the field, they´re just the peak of wheelchair teams.

Answering your other question - yes, Sucrose is better for lunar reactions. They don't scale off of DMG bonus at all so Kazuha is not that useful.

The only way to make raiden C2 / C3 viable is for devs to wake up from their afternoon sleep and thought why dont we buff her cause she's been powercrept by cowgirl.

Raiden, Yelan, Ineffa, Columbina is a pretty damn good team.
