Crashed and now it's 8GB to update

I finally freed enough storage to update on my phone (apple ios 15, if anyone's wondering) then i took a screenshot to tell my friends and phone froze, crashed, rebooted, 8gb to download now
I have like 3gb free right now, any ideas what to do? Will be working on freeing storage somehow
