pulled and got fractured halo instead of nocturnes curtain call, don’t have ineffa nor plan on getting her.. who can i use the weapon with?😭 don’t wanna put it to waste. any opinions?
Every DPS polearm user benefits greatly from it. It is a good stat stick.

its good for flins! though the lunar charged dmg bonus doesn't work on him, the free atk% for using skill/burst is great on flins

seems to happen every time i pull for a weapon. i’m pretty lucky with characters.. but i don’t think i’ve ever won a 50/50 with weapons 😭

Yeah. Happened to me a few months back, too. Was pulling for Splendor for Furina, got Reliquary of Truth. I did eventually get Splendor at the last minute, but still.

You can use it for attack scaling polearm dpses and you can use half of its passive too
