Returning player (v6.3) looking for pull advice! Ineffa or Neuvillette for a second team?
Hey everyone! I’m a casual player who recently came back to Genshin after being away for years. I'm honestly a bit of a "scrub" right now—I’ve just started learning how characters work, which artifacts they need, and how to build a team for damage rather than just picking characters I like. 😭
I’m also really interested in the story but feel super overwhelmed. If anyone has tips on where to start catching up, please let me know!
My Current Situation:
I’ve been using ChatGPT and Gemini to help me, but they’re giving me conflicting advice, so I wanted to ask the pros here.
My Main Team (Level 80/90):
Arlecchino (Main DPS) — Lv. 80
Zhongli (Shield/Support) — Lv. 80
Yae Miko (Off-field DPS) — Lv. 80
Xingqiu (Vaporize/Support) — Lv. 80
(I also have Traveler at Lv. 90, and Tighnari, Kaeya, Barbara, and Yanfei at Lv. 80).
The Dilemma: Ineffa or Neuvillette?
I need a second team for the Spiral Abyss and time-limited quests. I have a lot of characters sitting at Level 1 because I’m not sure how to use them yet.
Ineffa: I'm being told she is the best partner for Columbina because of "Lunar-Charged" reactions. However, I heard Ineffa might be heavily reliant on Flins, and I don't have him. Is she still worth it for off-field damage?
Neuvillette: Everyone says he’s a beast and extremely powerful. Since I lack a second powerful on-field DPS, should I just wait for his rerun on February 3rd?

Given my characters, who would benefit my account more: Ineffa or Neuvillette?
How exactly does Columbina’s "Lunar-Charged" work? Is Ineffa required for it?
I have Wriothesley and Xilonen too—could they be part of a second team "core"?

Eh, you can ask Chat GPT for Keqingmains website and read it... Or ask the AI to read it and tell you what to do.
If you're a casual any team works, there's no such a thing as what will benefit you more. Even a solo 4 star clears the story and the world.
And if you really want to go the damage dealing route, then looking at the site and understanding each character is better than us trying to sumarize something too.
