I’m back again and asking for more help.. whoops. I’m planning to finally replace my laptop since it’s been barely working for the past few years now, and I figured a PC would be my best option since I know I can replace the parts as I need, but that’s literally all I know. Genshin will be the main game I play, but I’ll be playing other hoyoverse games and things off of steam too. I’m not looking for anything high end since my budget isn’t extremely high (although I don’t know the exact yet) and I don’t think I should be spending a crazy amount of money on my first PC anyway.

I’ve looked online a little bit, but unfortunately I don’t really understand pretty much any of it haha 😭 Can anyone explain to me what I should look for as if I’m really stupid?? And also anything I should avoid and perhaps any advice on cutting costs where I can if possible.
