Childe is the last Man amongst the Harbingers with any meaningful combat power
Confirmed combat power, mind you (lets not speculate on Pierro just yet, but he's likely to be stronger), and he's also shot up to being the 2nd strongest, though not by Merit and more due to attrition and casualties.

But I welcome HIMjax glaze tho, my Goat
Pulcinella is implied to be a highly skilled politician rather than a fighter.
We dont know 99% things about them yet so I wont judge.
Pulcinella is fae, and very old one, although I don't know anything about them
That way, he'll also be the first Harbinger to take up a more typical villain with goons archetype. It would make less sense to make him a playable character..
Pantalone will, at most be, iron man, but's hes not a tech guy. Just a banker.
Im wondering if Nod Krai will be the last time we'll be enemies with the Fatui since we're buddies with the remaining.
The guy below also has a good point. Who do we fight from here?
Also Sandrone is ranked 7th, but she herself doesn't have much combat skills, rather she has high intelligence, she fights with Pulonia, that makes me think Fatui harbingers arent really ranked with just personal strength. Pantalone and Pulcinella could be the same, Pantalone has the power of money and Pulcinella has the power of politics which they can use against us lol
Half of the remaining Fatui are our friends now and I doubt Genshin is gonna have us fight the Tsaritsa since they've been dripping some crumbs here and there to show that she isn't gonna be a bad guy.
And with no extra terrestrial enemies revealed even toward the end of the Nod Krai chapters. What are we supposed to do from here? Fight Phanes right away?
Snezhnaya seems like the optimal place to have us meet Hroptitir. Not that he has any direct connection to that country or the Cryo archon, but he does have a rivalry with Pierro, who we'll likely meet there, so I can easily see him being the big bad of that region.
Though, honestly, I don't see why other Harbingers can't still be our enemies. Like Pierro still gives big bad vibes, and Pantallone at least still seems like a plausible villain - albeit not a particularly threatening one at this point in time. And I don't believe we've seen the last of the Doctor either.
But yeah. Sinners are the new focus here, and they have been since Nod Krai started. We've moved from Archons and Harbingers being the big boys to Sinners and Shades. Assuming we go to Khaenhri'ah next after Snez, Vidolfrnir seems like the likely big bad, though I could also see Surtalogi possibly returning. Then I imagine Shades and the HP will be our challenge in the endgame.
And with Alice being pretty swell, Rhinedottir's probably not gonna be too evil to be unredeemable. She'll just be... Eccentric... Or whatever Genshin will come up with.
The HP are more likely candidates. The shades are too compromised and involved with playable/friendly characters to be permanent villains. Capitano is holding up Ronova whilst Time and Space are tied closely to Columbina. Life is 100% gpnna ge Rhinedottir's enemy, which makes Rhinedottir an ally.
He might very well worm himself back into the Fatui before the end for Snezhnia, we don't know the future and there are still 4 Harbingers we have not dealt with yet including the leader of the Harbingers Pierro.
But in the end, the true victor will be Paimon. Once she graduates from the Akademiya, she will have surpassed the Doctor and will become the true #1 of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers.
