The bonus does stack and R3+R2 gives more to the team overall, but I can't think of a team that would have 2 characters wielding those at the same time.

I mean, not that I want 2 of those in 1 team, it just is general question of is it worth to r5 or it is better to have 2 of these lying around for 2 teams

It depends. If you have two independent teams (no characters overlapping) that use one evenstar, then it's better to have 2 instead of one r5

Technically the answer is R3+R2 but I find it very, very unlikely that you will use 2 of these at the same time even in different teams.
