You could've just climbed most of the tower normally. Didn't need to do all that with Albedo and Venti for 98% of it. Don't really need anything special until the very top light part of the tower because of the 360° lip which you'll need someone who can go around it in the air. You also can climb the first two floating things normally as well since you can glide down from the high rope and land on the lower platforms to rest. Only takes like 5 minutes to climb most of it normally since you're not waiting for skill cooldowns and looking for places to use skills.
Btw, you can only climb this before completing the lightkeeper world quest if people want to try for the view.

I hate that they stop put achivement for scaling to the top of structures, I think they stop when Natlan release... I already used to scale everything like the Dainichi Mikoshi in Enka, I just scale it up before I know that it have mechanism to help me up... Even that glowing thingy in the Frostmoon scions I just climb a whole thing... No achivement :(
