You already have Nefer so you don't really need to get a new NK unit to make use of Columbina, so both are optional. Ineffa will naturally have more use cases in a theoretical sense she is off-field. You can pick either, both, or even skip both and look for other on-fielders.

Lauma honestly

Lauma would make your Nefer go crazy style on any content. So I would save the primos for them, but if you want to whale then go for Ineffa. Ineffa + Columbina can wheelchair any Hydro/Dendro/Electro carries that you want.

I suggest you only invest 2 out of 3 lunar reaction teams. Zibai is a good choice cuz her support Illuga is in her banner.
Lauma and Flins would get their rerun in about 2 patches. That's at least 3 months away.

like others have said lauma might benefit your account more than either of them, but my ineffapilled ass is gonna say ineffa is the number 1 account unbricker 😛

As of right now zibai is useful as you pretty much will have some bis teammates for her but if you want to save for lauma in future sure you can do it
