the part at 57:26 in the video isn't part of the world quest. It's part of the meeting point for this area and is completely unrelated to the world quest

And how do I trigger it then ?

Also it looks important and part of the quest so idk what you mean

Most likely you're in a "NPC is currently busy" situation with this quest being active so you have to progress it to have access to it. Or maybe it's there and you haven't interacted with it yet? The quest starts right next to the statue of 7 to the right

Doesn't seem right considering dude in the video got it without and I don't see any "NPCs is currently busy" on the quest or somewhere else

Also no it's not there I already searched everywhere nothing and can't see anything that can trigger it

Well then just continue this world quest and then see later if the meeting point quest will unlock. I did the meeting point quest first before even starting the world quest and they're really not corelated.
