How to leave history and save progress
I’ve been seeing some complaints about people who can’t leave history and to help them I’m going to share some tips I learned while making some tests during my time with history. Keep in mind this topic is focused in the story inside domains of history (Archon quest, legendary quest) since the other options are much clearer on how to leave.
Tip1: While on history, there are some moments when you enter different modes like: cutscenes, talking and exploration. The last one is the moment where you can leave because appears the icon of “leave history” on the upper left of your screen, when this icon appears for the first time after some moment is when you can leave and the progress will be saved. You can note that the subtitle of the mission will change and this subtitle is going to keep after leaving the history.
Tip2: The game just released a feature of saving progress that is going to appear on the bottom right of your screen though this message just appeared to me one time between at least 2 hours of Archon quest, so I don’t think this is enough to help.
Tip bonus: while exploring the open world, there are some ways of accepting a world quest. One of them is very annoying since your exploration ends and you enter history mode without choosing for it. When this happens, just close the game and open it again. Now you just need to avoid the route and make another to where you're going to.
