Lauma in a Bloom team is either a main DPS (so no Alhaitham) or a support for another Lunar Bloom DPS (aka Nefer).
In a team with no Lunar Bloom DPS, she doesn't have anyone to buff, and her Lunar Bloom multipliers are the lowest for her skill so she isn't a good sub-DPS for this reaction (unlike for Lunar Crystalize and Lunar Charge). She also disables Lauma's buffs to bloom reactions (the passive that makes them crit) so Lauma herself becomes pretty much useless by proxy, since she neither buffs Bloom reactions nor has enough Lunar Bloom occurences to buff as well.
