do the characters you're using have weapons and relevant talents leveled? 13/15 is close, are there any artifacts that a character is currently wearing you can level?

Not really, everything I can think of is maxed.

I’m a relatively new player myself so I don’t know how much I can contribute but I’d suggest some more frequent switching between characters to take advantage of elemental reactions. If, for example Kaeya leaves a cryo status on one enemy then Ororon hitting that enemy with an electro attack would cause extra damage. Same with electro + pyro & pyro + cryo.
Otherwise? The game should offer you feedback on how to improve your characters, farming materials for upgrades might take time but it pays off.

The game does offer you feedback. They added an entire leveling progression feature. But Genshin players don’t read.

You want to take advantage of Elemental reactions. Generally in the early game you want to combine Pyro with either Hydro or Cryo (order doesn’t matter early on) and Dendro with Electro + Hydro.
Additionally Anemo is very good at dealing with crowds so it’s best to swirl an element that you want to react with your follow up character.
Have you been leveling your equipment? For the early game I recommend getting 2 gladiator pieces for the set bonus on your main dps. Ideally you want all your characters to have the feather piece upgraded because that’s your base attack.
That should help you until you’re around AR40ish.

Yeah, I maxed out all the artifacts and weapons.

You have more than enough damage to complete this challenge, that's not the problem. The biggest problem is that you are fighting only one enemy at a time in the final room.
Save Lumine's burst (or better yet, all characters' bursts) for the final challenge, as this is the only battle that matters because there is a time limit. First, try to group the enemies close to each other. You don't need to do anything fancy, just move close to the archers and wait for the other enemies to group together naturally. Then use any of your characters' skills to apply an element to the enemies, and immediately use Lumine's burst. Applying an element to enemies and then using anemo skills (such as Lumine's) causes extra reaction damage. If you did it correctly, you will probably kill several enemies at once.
Finish off the remaining enemies with the skills of your other characters. Try to apply elements with their skills and then immediately use Lumine's skill for extra damage again. Do this until Lumine's burst recharges so you can repeat the process of grouping enemies and using the burst.
Be more aggressive in the fight; you spend too much time walking around doing nothing. If this is because you are afraid of taking damage, you can use Barbara to heal your team.
TLDR: Group enemies and use Lumine burst. Good luck.

Basically this.
Also make more use of Barron Bunny as he can both help group together melee enemies and take some focus off of you to make being more aggressive easier (and if you want to add more fire time to charge/aim with Amber)

Your not using character rotations (bad selection of which characters are next or not switching to next character in a timely matter) or elemental reactions and your focusing on one enemy at a time. I also noticed you don't use some of your characters skills.
Traveler should never be your first character on the field. She is your reaction driver and should be at least 3rd in your rotation or 4th depending on what reaction you want.
Are these the only characters you have leveled? I would strongly recommend losing Amber unless she is Constellation 2 so you can shoot Barron Bunny to make it explode other wise a lot of the time enemies will just walk out of the way of the explosion making the skill almost useless.
If you have Barbara use her instead to help freeze enemies.
If you use Barbara your rotation will be:
Barbara - Skill then immediately switch to Kaeya - Burst (if available)+Skill then immediately switch to Traveler - Skill then immidiatly switch to Ororon - Burst if available or Skill if it is not ready (don't do both because skill has a long downtime) then quickly switch back to Kaeya - Skill then back to Traveler Skill then switch to Ororon - Skill assuming you used burst other wise use Burst if it is ready, if neither is ready use Charged Shot until Barbara's skill needs to be recast.
Then do this sequence all over again and again until everything is dead..
Use Barbara's burst when you need a bigger heal and don't use Traveler's burst as it sends enemies away from you and is a bit random grabbing some enemies and leaving other behind ungrouping them..
Try to also keep enemies grouped up so you can damage everyone at the same time.
