This abyss’ 12-1 I can clear the first chamber easily, I start to struggle when the dude starts regenerating health on phase 2. Can’t output DPS fast enough

It's not hard to do rotations at an abyss level... It's mostly just E>Q>Swap 3 times, then whatever your on field DPS's rotation is, the basic versions of which generally aren't complicated either.

Maybe you just use wrong characters. I can't think any other reason. I started at 4.8 and I have been able to do 36 stars one time. Haven't tried this season yet, but I am confident that I'm getting second time after I build my Columbina.

Tbf I only started attempting abyss regularly in Natlan for some reason. I’m sure I could’ve done the earlier ones back when they were less gimmicky

Some seasons are much harder than others. Last months abyss was super hard imo, because there was so many enemies with shields.

This is enough. I have a C0 Nefer that can clear this side without Lauma or nahida since I don't have them. I run her, c6 Diana, c1 Collei, and c1 Aino. I literally just got columbina and you don't have her so I won't mention using her. Are you sure you understand the mechanics of the boss? His HP doesn't regenerate when you do lunar damage to him. If you persist he'll start taking big chunks towards the end of his second hp.
I recommend watching a YouTube vid showing how to handle him properly. Iwintolose gaming has a video showcasing an all 4 star team clearing that boss. It's possible your rotations are incorrect or something
Edit: if you're really struggling with your Nefer, try running a hyperbloom team instead? Lauma, Kuki, Nahida, and Aino. I know your Aino isn't built, that's fine. Just slap the right set on her with enough ER to comfortably use her burst every rotation and it'll work. She's just there for ascendent gleam buff. She doesn't need much, don't even bother leveling up the talents. Could also try with kokomi but having two nod krai will make the boss you're struggling with easier.

Lunar reactions are buffed in the current one, and strangely its a really easy abyss. Im on 32 stars and I have 2 teams both averaged at lvl 70
