Should I pull for Ineffa
As the title suggests, I am wondering. I have recently obtained columbina and have lost my 50/50 on ineffa. To give a bit more info, I have been playing for 3 years (almost) and have been able to clear every single abyss since 4.8, only exception being the first time they introduced Wild Hunt monsters and I was too fed up to try again. It’s because I don’t have any nod krai characters. I spent all my wishes getting c1r1 yelan (failed getting her weapon) after skipping her for so long. I am f2p so I was unable to pull for the character I actually wanted, which was Lauma. I also sometimes have enough to clear IT lunar mode, so in both endgame regards I am not short on characters. Even if I struggle a lot with recent abyss, I somehow pull it off. But it occurred to me that it wouldn’t be bad to obtain a lunar enabling character like Ineffa. I thought I wouldn’t be able to clear 6.3 abyss which is why I wanted to get her but after clearing it with surprising ease using my neuv arle team comps, I am left second guessing. Do I need ineffa in my account? Is it wise to get her or should I just go forward with future new/rerun characters like Zibai, Flins or Skirk? I would be delighted if any of you could help me lift this doubtful fog off my brain. I have also attached my characters. Thanks in advance!

I'd say yes, you have quite a few electro and hydro DPS (Mualani, Raiden, Varessa, Nuevillete) and supports (Furina, Yelan, FIschl) as well as anemo for swirling electrocharge (Wanderer, Xianyun, Xiao).
Feels like you're perfectly set up to take full advantage of the Electrocharge team core in a variety of ways.

Zibai is an option if you like her, though she and Navia cover a similar role. Maybe play with Columbina/Navia/Zhongli a bit to see if you actually like Lunar Crystalize before you commit to that.
Flins is tough to recommend since you already have Varessa and presumably *wouldn't* have Ineffa, seems like a bad option.
Skirk is my main and a character I'd love to recommend, but she does really require Escoffier, and you do already have Ayaka and Wriosthley covering Cryo Main DPS, so she's not a strong recommendiation for you.
If you're talking about pulling characters that fit into multiple teams you have and amplify them to their full potential, then I do think Ineffa is the next best option for your account right now.
I wouldn't say you "need" Ineffa, but I also wouldn't say you "needed" Arlecchino with two other pyro DPS, so it's tough to tell how literally you're planning to take that statement. What I can tell you for sure though is if this was my account, I'd 100% be pulling Ineffa.
I recently got her and I'll get Columbina now or when she gets her rerun but my god has Ineffa unbricked my account since she is my first Nod Krai unit. So she is an extremely good character. If you do want one nod krai unit I would say Columbina and Ineffa are more than enough. Zibai is eh since she requires C6 Illuga, Flins will need Ineffa, Skirk will need Escoffier.
