What are some good teams for Neuvillette?

Planning to get him to C1R1 in 6.3.5 but not too sure on teams. Thought neuv, ororon, xilonen, and furina or the same but sucrose instead of ororon (I don't have kazuha) would be good teams, but I'd like to hear y'alls thoughts. Just excluding all nod-krai and natlan characters (except ororon and xilonen) since I don't like any of them.

When I use Neuv I just slot in appropriate elements to the enemies shields and let Neuv blast them down.

Enemies can't block his damage with a directional shield, I don't really think too much about it and blast away.
