Should I pull for Ineffa or Columbina?

Attached are all the characters I own. I'm currently mainly focusing on an optimal Durin team (DPS or sub DPS, and I don't have chev :/), a flins team, and a neuvillette team. I plan on pulling for Varka soon, but as I was trying to come up with a great Neuvillette team I realized I really didn't have half the necessary roster, so I guess I'm just going to have to pull on one of these two banners and pray I have enough funds for Varka.
I'm torn on which unit to pick, notably because I don't know whether one is overall more useful to my account vs another which may be a better investement for my favored units. I'm not quite sure what teams to build yet, either. I keep hearing Columbina is very versatile, but I just have no clue how useful she actually would be. Someone help :,(

since you're undecided on who to pick now but already decided to pull for Varka...

#skip.

yes, she is [very versatile](https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/s/iqNLlm6fil)

obviously if it were up to me, I'd just skip entirely, I don't really care for either character past their utility. My issue is, I don't have very good abyss teams. Only one really works 100% of the time, and for both flins and neuvillette, it seems they need ineffa or columbina. Not sure what I can do with the roster I currently have, considering I do not own xilonen, any nod krai character other than aino, or furina.

i posted a link that columbina teams aren't that restrictive in the same comment above.

ineffa for flins is better than columbina, sounds like you really want varka and dont have much savings though so maybe just skip for him

mostly, I just feel like I don't have enough good options for my neuvillette and flins ;(
