Do they have a mechanic or anything?
I've killed them with default Noelle team on my account and helped my dad with Wrio Escoffier team.
Fight was over in both cases before I've seen it do anything meaningful.

They apply a debuff that removes some health, and until you heal to full you get penalised on crits and damage, If you run with healers or just smash them there's nothing interesting about them.

They do NOT require any special elements or mechanism to defeat. They can apply a small debuff on your character (-10% damage, -10% crit rate, -10% healing), and this debuff will be removed once you heal your character to full HP and your character will gain some buff.
