Can I use ineffas weapon on raiden with columbina
My teams raiden, xingqiu, kazuha and columbina and im using ineffas weapon on raiden bc i lost to it on weapon banner. I usually use jade spear on her but idk this one seems good too. But does the lunar buff work or does it only work if she makes a shield (the weapon effects)

So no the lunar buff won't work with Raiden. The only characters that could trigger it are Ineffa, Thoma, Zhongli and Candace.

Do you know what a colon “:” implies? It means that it is explaining what the previous sentence means.
The Electrifying Edict effect = All party members get the buff.
So without the effect, the buff doesn’t happen.
How to get the effect? The user must create a shield.
Therefore no, Raiden can’t trigger it.
This is basic reading comprehension. It’s kinda hard to think that these effects are separate when it’s so obviously not.
