Hoyo loves Evangelion so Gurren Lagann influence would definitely be possible. Especially because Descenders specifically have a *will* that rivals the world like how Spiral Power runs off of willpower. Can’t wait for Traveler to say “My Dull Blade is the blade that will pierce the heavens!”

Still we now know that the celestial nails are esentially anti abyss nukes.
quite a few times tehy were used to contain abyssal or forbidden knowledge outbreaks.
still we saw dottore get the power of the 3 moons and basically become server admin and while the primordial one and nibelung are stronger dottore was a regular ass human.
if humans can reach that level due to planning and gathering specific things it wouldnt surprise me if the primordial one actually feared that potential. hell for all we know surtalogi is out there already stronger than them (or not. we dont really know)
like the tsariza is on a fetch quest to do exactly that and we just saw the shades think nothing of her and her "paltry powers" they wont do shit until celestia gets blasted out of orbit by a giant kuuvaki abyss gnosis powered super canon.
