You're asking when we will round out the complement of 7 elements in each region with new characters for the missing elements. Gotcha! Apologies for the misunderstanding.

I'm not sure this will *necessarily* ever happen, for one major reason:
There's no lore-implied specific reason for each region to have vision bearers of all elements that are also native or otherwise local to that region.

That said, gameplay-wise, there's no reason ***not*** to do so, so I'm curious too!

I've been huffing copious, perhaps even *hopious* amounts of hopium since 2023 that the Sumeru Geo character will be a 5 star Catalyst user from the desert with a focus on sand attacks.

I once saw a user here recommended that a "sandbender" type should have some kind of crowd control or grouping ability and I just can't forget about how cool of a concept it would be.

In short, I'm prepared for disappointment. I do think we'll probably see a Mondstadt Dendro in Dorman Port. And Nod Krai's still ongoing so some of those promo silhouettes could be Cryo and/or Pyro.

We already have Nilou an incarnation of the Goddess of Flowers and Lesser Lord Kusanali ("THE ONLY DENDRO ARCHON TO EVER EXIST"), why cant they give us Deshret to complete the team? Honestly, I don't think we're getting NK Pyro and Cryo. I doubt there are more 4* on the horizon and all NK 5* seem to be Lunar based (transformative Hydro reactions gang).

Pyro straight up doesn't work unless it's very weird specialized Burgeon/Burning character (yeah, right, like that's ever gonna happen), while Cryo technically does work, but Shatter? Really?

Although, I'd be down to play a shatter+superconduct carry with Bineffa as core.

If there is ever a Sumeru Dendro character they better use sand attacks, it would be literally the biggest miss in the whole of genshin. However, I have no idea when to expect such a character as we are going to get Zibai soon and Geo is such a scarce element. I can't see how a Sumeru Geo user will bring anything new to the table without majorly mixing up Geo reactions, something I do not see coming for a good while.

I think Lohen could be the Mondstadt Dendro owner based on a rumor >!that Lohen might be a standard banner character. If that ends up true, I don't think they'll add ANOTHER Anemo or Pyro character to the standard banner and with the current banner, maybe they want someone to enable moonbloom for beginners since it opens up even more reactions.!<

I am unsure when we will see the final Moonwheels for Pyro and Cryo because we technically need them for the reactions. I think a Cryo Moonwheel in the close future is guaranteed. Remember that Imaginarium Theatre unique Cryo-Dendro reaction? I think that was testing for the moon reaction or maybe even a general reaction that they are going to add in the very near future. Either way, I think due to the already reaction-heavy nature of Moonwheels and we already having two Dendro Moonwheel users I think that new reaction will bring a Cryo Moonwheel.
And that would leave only the Pyro element without a unique moon reaction. I doubt we are going to just be left without a new Pyro reaction when all the other elements got at least a new one, so obviously we need a Pyro Moonwheel user to specialize in this new reaction ASAP. It's probably not being Nicole who has her own unique vision, so we will probably see another Pyro unit later down the line.

If I were to guess what comes first, it's Lohen with a Mondstadt Dendro Vision, the Cryo Moonwheel, the Pyro Moonwheel and sometime very far off the Sumeru Geo Vision.

Sumeru dendro could add overgrowth (dendro + geo) reaction to bring older Sumeru/Liyue chars back into meta. Also Erosion (geo + anemo) provides better grouping or smth

Mondstadt Dendro maybe an aggravate buffing 4 star idk.

Crimson Moon (Crimson Vape, Iridescent Vape, Funerary Flame, Lunar Vape, Lunarize/Moonrise = Vaporize + Rising moon) and Frost Moon (Frost Bite, Lunar Hale, Lunar Veil, Lunar Freeze, Frost Moon, Frost Bloom?) also makes sense to me. But maybe have it limited cuz Columbina being BIS on Skirk and Mavuika teams scare me.

Also, cryo (of the main 4) is the only one that can’t react with dendro and overall has 2 dead reactions (superconduct and shatter) tho shatter is technically freeze which has a great team. So rework superconduct to be anti overload (groups instead of explode) to conduct enemies hit with it. And then cryo dendro can be that one reaction from IT a while ago

There won't be Pyro or Cryo with a Moon Wheel, because Moon Wheel means that you can make Lunar reactions. So unless they add Lunar Vaporize and Lunar Freeze, it won't happen.

I'm really hoping they soon release a pyro character from NK just so that they won't have any more excuses to not update Arlecchino to deal lunar damage.

It's wild to me that the character with by far the closest association to the moons aside from Columbina doesn't do anything with lunar damage while the other NK characters can.

It makes 0 sense lorewise especially after what we know from the latest AQ that >!kuuvakhi is Columbina's moon power that she covered NK with, which is also what allows the NK characters to deal lunar damage in the first place. Arlecchino in comparison not only has crimson moon dynasty blood which she uses to fight already, but she also retrieved the crimson moon marrow at the end of the AQ that is basically the equivalent of the power of a moon goddess.!<

Considering those developments, there is no reason why she wouldn't be able to deal lunar damage right now.
